Become a Mentor, Mentorship Programme Edition 2

You know what it's like to land in the Netherlands, send out applications, and hear mostly silence. You also know what it took to break through. That experience is exactly what someone starting out needs right now.

Our Mentorship Programme pairs you, one-to-one, with an international job seeker whose situation matches your background. For three months you share what actually worked: the CV that got replies, how networking really happens here, the things nobody explains until you've lived it.

What we ask of you

• Around 2 hours a week for three months, on a schedule you agree with your mentee.

• Attend the onboarding session on 23 September, so you and your mentee start with clarity.

• Share your own experience openly. This is mentoring, not coaching: you tell them what worked for you.
